LEO Coffee wants you to be thrilled on your new purchase and have a refund/replacement policy in place:

We offer a replacement in case you:

• Don’t receive your order due to courier loss
• Receive the wrong product
• Receive a tampered or damaged product

We reserve the right

• To request product identification
• To determine the product has been damaged, abused or used

Please reach out to us within 24 hours of receipt of the product otherwise we will be unable to assist you and address concerns.

In case you wish to cancel your order before the shipping label is generated, then the refund would be offered in the form of a gift card. If you want the refund in any other form, then you'll have to bear 4.30% of the refund amount as the same was borne by us in the form of Payment Gateway charges and Shopify fee.

In case you wish to cancel your order after it is shipped, then the shipping charges (to and fro) are also to be borne by you along with the 4.30% fee mentioned above.

We offer 1 Year Free Service Warranty on all Coffee Machines against any manufacturing defect. PCB faults/failure due to voltage fluctuations or any mechanical fault due to usage and mishandling is not covered under warranty.

Please use a Voltage Stabilizer to protect your coffee machine from unwanted electricity fluctuations.
Warranty is not applicable if there’s a damage to the PCB due to voltage fluctuations.

We are extremely diligent and do not sell expired products. In the event that you get an expired product, we will give you 2x of the product value back as a gift voucher. 

Products which are not expired or damaged will not be exchanged or refunded under any circumstance.

If a product has expiry date written in MM/YY format, the expiry would be at the end of that month. This is the international standard for expiry dates. For example, a product having expiry date of 01/21, would expire on 31st of January, 2021.
